Scott Bigham

Scott Bigham is the Vice President of Construction at Amzak Capital Management. He is responsible for planning and monitoring all capital improvements and new construction for the Amzak Real Estate portfolio. Scott has over 25 years of multifamily rehabilitation, repositioning, and development experience. He has successfully completed over 150 projects consisting of 38,000 units and $325M of capital improvements. Scott previously served 19 years as the VP of Construction Management for Pinnacle. His portfolio covered 15 states and roughly 40,000 units. Scott also served as Managing Director at Avesta Communities where he played a key role in growing a startup company into a 15,000‐unit, 350-employee organization over a 5‐year period. Scotts core competencies consist of value add and asset preservation planning and execution, capital acquisition underwriting, and working with asset management and operations to create a seamless transition throughout our portfolio’s life cycle.
