Kazma Family Foundation
The Kazma Family Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides scholarships and supports education initiatives and other charitable activities. It was founded in 1997 by the Kazma family to provide scholarship assistance for those with financial needs.
To date, the Foundation has awarded 2000+ scholarships to college and high school students in the Chicagoland area, South Florida and Central America. The Foundation has had long-standing relationships with Big Shoulders Fund- Chicago, Catholic Education Foundation- Diocese of Joliet, Illinois, Ave Maria University– Ave Maria, FL, and Universidad de Don Bosco- El Salvador to name a few.
Additionally, the Foundation has financed the construction and improvement of schools, provided funding for new technology, unwritten the cost of social workers in the high schools, and other unforeseen timely needs.
Leigh-Anne Kazma
President and Managing Director
Leigh-Anne has been the President and Managing Director of the Kazma Family Foundation since its inception in 1997. As the sole employee, she oversees all programs, scholarship selections, and new projects. She currently sits on the boards of Executive board of Big Shoulders Fund, Edwards Foundation, and Montini Catholic High School and is an Ambassador for American Humane. She also is involved with various committees and fundraisers. She has previously served on the boards of Ave Maria University, Catholic Education Foundation, St. Joan of Arc Church, St. Gregory High School, and St. Pius V School. Ms. Kazma is a graduate of Bradley University.
